They are protection coverings that may be used on the cheese, with or without previous treatment with Microcovering or Parafluid. After using these coverings a transparent film develops, not traspiring, that makes the cheese look silky and, more important, blocks traspiration and, consequently, the weight loss, at the stage considered best.
Wax or paraffin may be natural, transparent light yellow or coloured.
APPLICATION:
The treatment with wax is to be performed after melting by dipping at a temperature between 80° C and 120° C. The dipping must last at least 5 seconds.
PRESERVATION:
Store the wax packings at a cool place, protected from light and heat sources.
PACKAGING: Boxes of 25 Kg – and 1000 Kg on pallet.
