SPORACIP
SPORACIP is a natural product against fungi with Natamycine as the active principle, mixed with lactose at 50%. Natamycine or Pimarycine is a product deriving from bacteria fermentation of Streptomices Natalensis.
PROPERTIES :
Extremely low solubility in water and most of organic solvents. At room temperature dissolve about 50mg in 1 lt. water. The low solubility makes SPORACIP suitable for treating food surfaces (food for which its use is allowed).
APPLICATION:
SPORACIP is not active against bacteria and does not interfere with natural ripening of cheese and salami. The treatment is performed by dipping the product once, manually or with a machine ensuring the perfect distribution of active antimould particles on the food surface.
PRESERVATION:
SPORACIP must be kept closed in a dry and cool place, protected form light and heat sources. Best used within one year from the date of production.
